Processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email at checkout and a tracking number the moment your order ships.

Delivery times (United States)

Standard delivery typically takes 10 to 15 business days from the day your order ships. We'd rather tell you the honest number than a pretty one.

Tracking

Every order ships with end-to-end tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated for 7 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of shipping, contact us at support@sweepaw.com and we'll make it right.

Address changes

We can update your shipping address within 12 hours of purchase. Email us as soon as possible with your order number at support@sweepaw.com.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, we'll send a replacement or refund you: your choice. A photo of any damage helps us fix it faster.
