Refund Policy — The 60-Day Guarantee

The promise

Every cat is different, and a fair test takes weeks, not days. That's why our guarantee runs 60 days from delivery, enough time to see what two jars can do. If you're not satisfied within 60 days of delivery, we refund you. Simple as that.

How it works

Email support@sweepaw.com with your order number within 60 days of delivery. We issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. You keep the jar: no return label, no shipping anything back, no interrogation.

Fair-use limit

The guarantee covers one refund per customer or household, on up to one Full Sweep (3 jars) or two subscription cycles, whichever applies to your order.

Subscriptions

Cancel your Subscribe & Sweep plan anytime from your account page or by emailing us: no phone calls, no hoops. Cancellations apply to your next billing cycle; the 60-day guarantee applies to jars already delivered.

Wrong or damaged item

We'll replace it or refund it immediately. Just send a photo with your order number to support@sweepaw.com.
