PRIVACY POLICY
Last updated: July 2026
SECTION 1 — WHAT WE COLLECT
When you purchase from our store, we collect the personal information you provide: your name, shipping and billing address, email address, and phone number. When you browse the site, we automatically receive your device's IP address, which gives us basic details about your browser and operating system.
Email marketing (where applicable): with your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products, and other updates. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link at the bottom of every email.
SMS marketing (where applicable): by entering your phone number at checkout and opting in, you agree to receive order-related texts (shipping updates, abandoned checkout reminders) and occasional promotional offers. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, or HELP for help.
SECTION 2 — CONSENT
When you provide personal information to complete a transaction, verify your payment card, place an order, arrange a delivery, or request a refund, we imply that you consent to our collecting and using it for that specific purpose only. If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, such as marketing, we will ask for your expressed consent or give you the opportunity to say no. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting support@reserviahealth.com.
SECTION 3 — DISCLOSURE
We may disclose your personal information if we are required to do so by law or if you violate our Terms of Service.
SECTION 4 — SHOPIFY
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with the online e-commerce platform. Your data is stored in Shopify's data storage, databases, and general application, on secure servers behind a firewall. If you complete your purchase through a direct payment gateway, Shopify stores your payment card data encrypted in accordance with the PCI-DSS standard. Purchase transaction data is retained only as long as necessary to complete your order, then deleted. All direct payment gateways adhere to PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council (a joint effort of Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover).
SECTION 5 — THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
In general, the third-party providers we use (payment processors, shipping carriers, email and SMS platforms, analytics and advertising partners such as Meta) will only collect, use, and disclose your information to the extent necessary to perform the services they provide to us. Certain providers have their own privacy policies for purchase transactions; we recommend reading them. Some providers may be located in a different jurisdiction than you or us, and your information may be subject to the laws of those jurisdictions. Once you leave our website or are redirected to a third-party site or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or our Terms of Service. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites.
SECTION 6 — SECURITY
To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to ensure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed. Payment card information is encrypted in transit using TLS/SSL and stored with AES-256 encryption. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and additional generally accepted industry standards.
SECTION 7 — COOKIES
We use cookies to run the store and improve your experience. These include Shopify session cookies (_session_id, _secure_session_id), analytics cookies (_shopify_visit, _shopify_uniq), the cart cookie (persists 2 weeks to remember your cart), and advertising cookies from partners such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram) used to measure and improve our advertising. You can set your browser to notify you of cookies and refuse them; refusing some cookies may limit certain features of the store.
SECTION 8 — AGE OF CONSENT
By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state of residence. Our products are intended for adults and are not marketed to children.
SECTION 9 — YOUR US PRIVACY RIGHTS
Depending on your state of residence (including California under the CCPA/CPRA, and residents of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, and other states with similar laws), you may have the right to: know what personal information we collect and how we use it, access a copy of it, correct it, delete it, and opt out of its "sale" or "sharing" for targeted advertising. We do not sell your personal information for money. To exercise any of these rights, email support@reserviahealth.com with the subject line "Privacy Request"; we will verify your identity and respond within the timeframe required by law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
SECTION 10 — CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time; changes take effect immediately upon posting on the website. If our store is acquired by or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to serve you.
